Im a cheapy but depending on your want or needs Harbor Frieght and Northern Tool have them for a resonable price.

With the Harbor Freight unit it is a non-mandrel type bender. It will collapse the tube some as you bend it; depending on what you are planning on using the bender for this may or may not work for you. There are some videos on youtube of guys using these types of benders with the tubing packed full of sand to keep the tube from deforming as much, but I have no experience with these.
